This is a particle size reduction technology of process intensification.

The system can reduce the particles down to a nanometric scale 10-100 times faster than conventional bead mills.

The system consists of a deagglomerating reactor and a patented composite chamber for the particle reduction process. This will be contamination free and the material has "Bouncy effect" properties with a hard grinding media designed to disperse the products. Then the products move to a homogenising reactor to give a full uniformity and coating all individual nanometric particles to make a suspension material e.g. nanometric ink, nano-paint, drugs for pharmaceutical etc. The product can be recycled for a sampling system or it can be continuous into the 2nd system with a different parameter setting to suit the product. We produce systems up to 7-10 units joined together to produce any volume required for the nanometric products.
