The Technology
The Nano Surface Intensification Process gives the rubber a strong ability to bond with the additives in the thermal matrix and the flexibility to alter the characteristics of the products. This is done by controlling the crumb rubber’s particle size and the thermoset through the Dena technology.

The surface finish and texture of the product can be controlled in the process to give any specification the client may require, e.g. rough, smooth, bubbled, etc. The products can be both extruded and injection moulded with full and permanent colour running all the way through as required.
